8. PRICES AND ORDERING ONLINE

11. CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The Customer may cancel his order at any time until delivery, with the right to reimburse all amounts paid. Upon receipt of the order by the Customer, the Customer may exercise his right of free resolution under the terms legally provided and indicated below.
Failure to pay the order within 10 (ten) days after the date it was made implies the automatic cancellation of the same. The articles must be returned within 20 days after receipt accompanied by the original invoice.
In no case shall the Customer send the articles without prior contact, as they may not be received.
The return and exchange of articles must comply with the following conditions:
Refund of the articles in good condition, with complete original packaging and accompanied by the respective invoice;
We do not accept exchanges of customized articles according to the specifications of the Client.
Galerigold, Lda. Does not accept the return or exchange of articles after used.
After contact with Galerigold, Lda., The Customer may send the duly conditioned article, with original packaging to the following address: Galerigold, Lda., Plaza 1º de Maio, 7, 7000-650 Évora.
12. GUARANTEES
All equipment is covered by a guarantee in accordance with Portuguese legislation.
Should the purchased product prove to be defective or defective, Customer shall notify Galerigold, Lda., Informingthe order number and the description of the malfunction. The costs of returning or collecting items within the warranty period will be borne by Galerigold, Lda., And the product must be accompanied by a copy of the respective invoice.

14. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
All purchases made on www.galerigold.pt are subject to Portuguese legislation. Any conflict or divergence of interpretation of the General Conditions of Use and Contracting shall be submitted to the competent Portuguese Court.
In case our client is outside Continental Portugal, we inform that any judicial process should be sent to the Portuguese Courts.
